It is known that there are carpets and rugs which impose a greater risk of shrinkage after a deep steam cleaning. In most cases, all rugs have a label that describes what is their material and how it should be cleaned. If you cannot find it, our technician will advise you on spot how the item can be cleaned. If that is impossible, we will not charge you further.
