What is protection against spots or SCOTCHGARD?
MVIR CLEANING offers complete protection for your carpets, rugs, sofas and mattresses. The SCOTCHGARD special fluid applied by the pump on the fabrics will delay the time for penetration and absorption of the liquid in a spill incident. This will make the cloth much easier to clean and its maintenance will become cheaper.
Do you add aromatization and protection to your regular services?
We do not include such additions in our regular cleaning service. We are able to offer them as an additional service for extra charge. At different times of the year, we offer promotions, in which these services are included and you can take advantage of them.
What stains do you remove?
Our MVIR technicians are trained in a variety of stain removal techniques and we offer the best and latest chemicals in the industry to remove wine, food, coffee, tea, juice, blood, ink, vomiting, pet stains, etc. We use powerful deodorizing and stain removal agents.
Can you guarantee removal of all stains?
We cannot guarantee removal of all visible parts of the stains. Our success depends on the fabric’s type, the age and the nature of the stains. Old stains may become even more visible after cleaning. However, we are able to clean the stained area and kill all the bacteria and mites. All old spots and even some fresh ones cannot be removed. We cannot give a 100% guarantee, but we advise you not to treat the stain yourself and contact us as quickly as possible, so you could increase the chance of stain removal.
What is End of tenancy cleaning?
When the owners or tenants enter or leave the property, the cleaning is necessary to prepare the property well for the next owner or tenant.
Should I need to do end of tenancy cleaning?
It all depends on the points in the contract you signed. In most cases, yes. Most owners and agents insist to leave the property completely clean. If you will not do that, you risk losing a part or your entire deposit.
Can you guarantee that we will get our deposit back?
We can guarantee only the cleaning part. We cannot guarantee if, for example, you have damaged something in the property. If the problem with your deposit is connected to our service, we will come back and reclean up everything that is missed.
Do you clean the windows from the outside?
No, our service involves cleaning the windows just from the inside. If you also want external window cleaning, you need to book an extra service.
Is it necessary to provide cleaning materials and equipment?
No, it is not necessary. Our cleaners have the necessary detergents and equipment.
Does the service include cleaning of the oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher?
All the kitchen appliances are included in the service. Your oven will be cleaned but not disassembled. If you want to get it disassembled and cleaned between glasses, additional charges will be imposed. Additionally, if the appliances are too dirty, we may contact you and charge you extra.
