Should I present during the entire cleaning?
No, you do not need to be present during the entire cleaning. You can allow us access to the property and pay the cleaners in advance. Or, if you wish, we can contact you before the cleaners finish the service, so you can come back, inspect, and then pay.
What is the time limit for a day and/or hour change alert or cancellation of my booking?
It is advisable to let us know about a day and hour change or cancellation of your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. This will avoid both your and our difficulties, which may lead to additional charges, both to you and us.
How can I book your services?
There are different ways to book, but the easiest and the quickest one is to call us by phone. You can fill out the contact form of the website or contact us directly by email.
Do you have parking fees or other charges?
Every client needs to provide a parking space, and if it is not possible, he has to pay the necessary amount for that. Also, we have a congestion charge located in central London and every customer who books within the period from 7 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday has to pay an additional fee of £10.50.
What payment methods do you offer and how can I pay?
Customers mainly prefer to pay in cash, but you can also pay with a bank transfer or PayPal.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, we work on all the weekends and on all official holidays except for Christmas without any additional charges.
Do you require a preliminary deposit?
Usually Not, but in some cases for larger or non-standard bookings, we may require a deposit that will be deducted from the final price.
Do you have hidden fees?
No, we do not have any hidden charges. Each price we declare is final and it is subject to change only if there is a difference in the details you have provided to us.
